Did you know? Home of Sunderland AFC the famous Stadium of light which was built on the original wearmouth colliery site.

Recently built next to Sunderland AFC is the Sunderland Aquatics Centre it is the only one of its kind between Leeds and Edinburgh. The Pool features the region’s first 10 lane, 50m pool as well as a spectacular diving pool with five metre, three metre and one metre platforms.

You can also visit The Pulman train which is situated at the Seaburn seafront and enjoy a meal or drinks in an original Orient Express railway carriage just outside the city centre.
